It’s so easy for us to be anti-abortion, but forget how heinous the act really is. I went to a recommended pro-life website and decided to watch a four-minute video that was posted on there.  As you can imagine, I wept through the whole thing. I had seen many similar pictures in the past, but I needed to be reminded again. Then at the end of the video, they showed some unreal footage. What you see is a doctor’s gloved hands wrapping up an aborted baby’s lifeless body. It lasts about 4 seconds, but that image is forever etched in my memory. I pictured in my mind, that man callously dumping that precious body into the trash.  It is how you would treat an animal, a piece of meat. That precious, beautiful creation of God was thrown into the garbage, never one human soul having loved it, protected it, cared for it or cradled it in their arms. John Barros has been ministering to women considering abortions in Florida for years and is credited by local pro-life advocates with saving more than 1,000 babies from abortions.

Now, a new video celebrates his work — and thousands have already watched it and celebrated with them.

Barros does most of his work at the Orlando Women’s Center abortion clinic. it was there, in June, that he helped a woman nine months pregnant who was considering abortion.

40 is a documentary film that takes on the heated issue of abortion in our nation that refuses to go away. To coincide with the recent 40th anniversary of Roe v. It’s only a Facebook page (as far as I can tell) named “Only for Nurses.” I stumbled across it and so much has happened since I did that I don’t recall who/what brought me to the computer-generated video that ran under the headline “Amazing Must Watch… And share”

And I’m not entirely sure I can adequately explain what you see at “Odysee” (“Voyage”), only my conclusion: “Wow!”

In December 2009, a Korean pastor named Lee Jong-rak built a wooden “drop box” on the outer wall of his home. But the box wasn’t intended for clothing, food, or school supplies, it was meant to collect unwanted babies.

When “the drop box” “or “baby box” was constructed a few years ago, it flew completely under the radar of Korean government officials. However, as more and more children arrive in this box every week, the nation is starting to take notice.

Medical research has shown that when an 8 week old human foetus is pricked in the palm of his hand by a needle, he opens his mouth and pulls his hand away. There is also an increase in heart rate as a result. This shows that an 8 week old foetus can feel pain (Volman and Pearson, “What the Fetus Feels,” British Med. Journal Jan. 20, 1980, ppp233-234.
