Few words are able to describe the evil that goes on behind closed doors, and it is nothing less than grace when that evil is exposed. A video has recently been circulating documenting the grotesque story of a West Philadelphia abortion clinic, a case that certainly is difficult to stomach. Yet, it is a reminder of the unspeakable horror of abortion.
This is a documentary film about Kermit Gosnell, the Philadelphia Women’s Medical Society disaster and the cover-up by state and local oversight agencies. Dr. Gosnell was an abortionist and became a millionaire…he made between $10,000 to $15,000 a day performing abortions. “3801 Lancaster” depicts what abortion has become to so many people who believed this was their only “choice”.
“In 1996, the Department of Health was notified that a woman suffered a perforated uterus, as a result of Gosnell’s negligence. They did not investigate. In 2002, the Department of Health was notified that a woman had died following an abortion at Gosnell’s clinic. They did not investigate. In 2009, the Department of Health was notified that another woman had died as a result of Gosnell’s negligence. They did not investigate. Despite these and other similar reports of malpractice, the Department of Health did nothing to shut down Gosnell’s clinic.”
